Our service re-treatment policy is only provided on our Signature AirAllé Treatment and Traditional Treatment. With nearly 400,000 treatments done worldwide and less than a 1% re-treatment rate, we know our treatments work!
Family Screenings & Follow Up
All family / household members need to be screened and treated, if necessary, for the head lice service re-treatment policy to be valid. Furthermore, those who receive a full treatment must also return for a follow up appointment in order to receive our guarantee. Not everyone chooses to go for the guarantee. Rest assured, you will receive the same great treatment whether or not you choose to secure our guarantee. For those that want the peace of mind, however, we do guarantee our work and stand behind our re-treatment policy if a family member is re-infested.
Head Lice Service Re-Treatment Policy Covers
Our treatment has been proven effective on 99.2% of treatments so we stand behind our work. However, we cannot promise there will be no re-infestation, so we have to keep our policy to a 30-day service re-treatment policy. Based on the lice life cycle we are able to determine if the treatment had failed (which happens less than 1% of the time).
Head Lice Service Re-Treatment Policy Length
Under the above conditions, our Signature AirAllé Treatment and Traditional Treatment is valid for 30 days after your initial visit. In the unlikely event of a treatment failure, we will re-treat you at no cost.
Head Lice Service Deposit and Cancelation Policy
A $25 deposit per client is necessary to reserve the room, certified technician and medical device (if needed) at the exclusion of other clients. This deposit is non-refundable but is applied to your services rendered.
